Environmental Commitment
The environment is under pressure and our focus remains with the specific things that we as a company can have an impact on. Our solutions are to a large extent reducing the weight of the embedded aircraft systems and optimizing flight planning possibilities for our customers operations, reducing the fuel and emission footprints.
But one thing is our solutions and their impact to the industry, having focus on the environment also comes down to the simple things as waste disposal, and our work environment groups are constantly monitoring possible initiatives of improvements within the daily work.
Social Commitment
We operate in niches, in a small industry and our workforce is our most precious resource. We take pride in accepting our responsibility in developing the next generation of aviation professionals via apprenticeship programs and cooperation with aviation schools. We remain flexible and diverse in our workforce and focus on expanding through flexijob workers, ensuring part-time jobs or senior arrangements in order to make sure our skilled employees can balance work and private life to the best extent of their capacity and desires.
We always ensure working conditions are according to legislative requirements and we strive to ensure a motivational and comfortable working environment for our employees and subcontractors. We are active locally and nationally supporting sports clubs and charity organizations to a wide extent every year.
