Aeroteam Training Solutions was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Scandinavian Avionics A/S and Aeroteam ApS. Since our foundation, we have held a strong belief that true safety comes from the ability to operate as a team, communicate effectively, and make critical decisions in the high-pressure environment that aviation constitutes.
Training is not an add-on. Training is a strategic and financial component which ensure that every system, every process, and every team member is aligned, knows their roles and responsibilities, and is committed to safety and excellence
Unique Training Capabilities
As part of The SA Group, our training services are deeply integrated into the value chain. We oversee all training activities in-house, including EWIS A-G, Fuel Tank Safety, Receiving Inspection and Suspected Unapproved Parts, Safety Management Systems, and Foreign Object Damage Prevention. But we also provide training for external customers within civil and military aviation, particularly within the fields of Crew Resource Management and Human Factors.
Our group’s unique value chain helps ensure that every component of aviation is supported – from design and production to maintenance and operations.
MAYDAY – The Key to Active Learning
As our name implies, our core business is TRAINING. For more than 20 years, we have delivered interactive, immersive, and innovative training to the global aviation community. Training is part of our DNA. Because of that we have developed a series of training tools for Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Human Factors training.
The tools foster and enhance non-technical skills and supports CBTA, EBT, and SMS programmes.
Part-147: An EASA Approved Training Organisation
In addition to our specialised training portfolio within Part-145, Part-21G, and Part-21J, we offer EASA approved Part-147 type training for smaller aircraft.
Our detailed theoretical and practical training enhances knowledge of the systems of aircraft, including the structure, operations, maintenance, inspections, limitations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Our training enables maintenance staff to safely perform their job according to the maintenance manual and other relevant instructions.

- Pilatus PC-12
- Airbus Helicopter H155 (formerly Eurocopter EC155)
