One of our key strengths is our dedicated EASA Part 21G (POA) approved production organization, where we manufacture electrical and structural parts for the global aviation industry. Our production department is much more than a manufacturer of parts, it is a solution provider enabling shorter aircraft downtime via pre-manufactured installation kits and appliances, according to the highest standards available. We manufacture all our appliances in accordance with approved data from our own- and third-party design organizations – delivering installation kits, parts and appliances to aircraft and helicopter operators worldwide.

Approvals in perfect symmetry
Our value-chain within The SA Group is evolving around our EASA approvals and is perfected through decades to provide true turn-key solutions for the aviation industry. We have the capability to take an idea or problem and turn it into a product in our R&D department, certify and approve it in our certification department (Part 21J DOA), manufacture it in our production department (Part 21G POA), install it in our hangar facilities (Part 145), maintain it in our workshops (Part 145) and train our customers in the use and maintenance (part 147). In our eyes this is a complete turn-key offering.
Laser Wire Marking Services
To comply with the ever-increasing stringent standards for aircraft system installations, SA Production offers advanced laser wire marking services—both for internal kit manufacturing and for external customers.
Using market-leading laser marking technology, we deliver highly lasting, cost-effective and time saving wire marking in full compliance with authority and customer requirements. Our in-house laser wire marking system includes wire loom high-voltage testing capability, ensuring compliance to specifications throughout. The manufacturing of fully tested wire looms is one of our core competencies, supporting both small upgrades and larger complex modification programs.
