Component Maintenance
An important piece of the puzzle
We are committed to go the extra mile to keep our customers flying. Component maintenance is a key driver in securing local, fast and efficient failure rectification when a unit fails. Even more important the experience we gain in the workshop can be directly applied in the hangar or on the apron, troubleshooting on the aircraft level.
Since the founding of The SA Group, component maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) has been a key part of the business. With highly skilled technical staff and workshops in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, India & Malaysia, The SA Group offers component maintenance on a broad range of avionics components with capability to provide EASA/FAA dual release and UK CAA release.
Based on the group’s EASA Part 145, UK CAA Part 145 and Indian DGCA Part 145 maintenance approvals, and almost fifty years of experience within avionics maintenance, The SA Group have supported more than 16.000 different part numbers from most of the leading avionics manufacturers in the world. This means that The SA Group is fully supported by the OEMs with all the latest knowledge, spare parts and documentation to carry out high quality repairs and overhauls for the benefit of the customer.

Integrated Logistics Support – we got you covered
With the consolidation happening in the industry and the constant development in technology, the third-party repair capability is under pressure, meaning more and more components can only be repaired by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or a single source supplier, on a global scale. This increases complexity and costs for the operators, and we are here to ease the pain. Having agreements in place, combined with close collaboration with the operational staff of the OEM’s we provide fast, efficient and cost-effective external repair, overhaul, rental and exchange services through our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) system. We are your one-stop-shop for component maintenance, no matter if you are a fleet operator, a single aircraft user or a governmental special mission provider. Learn more about our ILS services here
